Exchanges and Returns

Our exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete security regarding the products purchased from our store. Please note that free products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. All our products come with a guarantee against manufacturing defects. We also offer exchanges for products that differ from what was ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Inform our team of the issue via email. Include clear photos or videos of the defective product or the incorrect item received, within 3 days of receipt. Please note, exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this period.

  2. Review Process: Your claim will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you may choose one of the following options:

    • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
    • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
    • Receive a product of similar value.
    • Receive a coupon for the value of the product to use on future purchases.

Size Issues

We do not accept exchanges for products that are not the right size for the customer. We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to ensure accurate size selection.
